Present:       Complainant in person with Sh.Satpal Khariwal, Authorized Representative of the complainant.

                   Counsel for OP No.1. OP No.2 Exparte.

                     Sh. Yogesh Kumar Raheja, Advocate counsel for OP No.1. has suffered a statement  that OP No.1 is ready to restore the mobile phone connection of the complainant bearing mobile no.96463-60088 and OP No.1 undertakes to convert the said post paid mobile number of the complainant to prepaid and the prepaid  sim shall be issued within 15 days from today.

           The complainant Satnam Dass alongwith Authorized Representative has also suffered a statement that he accepts the offer made by counsel for the OP No. 1 and the present complaint may be disposed off accordingly.

           In view of the statements made by the counsel for OP No.1 and complainant, the present complaint is disposed off with a direction to OP No.1 to restore mobile phone connection of the complainant bearing mobile no.96463-60088 by converting the same from post paid to prepaid and issue prepaid sim of mobile no.96463-60088 to the complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
