At this stage, ld. Counsel for the opposite party and the complainant have stated that the matter stands compromised. As per the compromise the opposite party is ready to make payment of Rupees 6,000/- only to the complainant in full and final satisfaction of his claim out of the amount of Rupees 9,458/- deposited with the State Bank of India, Una in the shape of FDR as per order passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla, In MA No.207/2015 dated 08-07-2015 for which the complainant has agreed. Statements to this effect recorded and placed on file separately.

            In view of the compromise, the complainant is awarded a compensation of Rupees 6,000/-. No orders as to cost. Out of the amount deposited by the opposite party as per the order of Hon’ble HP State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Shimla, dated 08-07-2015 in the shape of FDR amounting to Rupees 9,458/- with State Bank of Patiala, Una , for 18 days, an amount of Rupees 6,000/- is ordered to be released in favour of the complainant through his bank account and the remaining amount along with interest is ordered to be released in favour of the opposite party through its bank account forthwith on receipt of bank account numbers of both the parties to be furnished by them. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly as having been compromised. It be consigned to the records after needful.
