          Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that the matter in question has been compromised between the parties and on the instructions of the Complainant; he wants to withdraw the present Complaint.

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been compromised between the parties in view of the statement of the Complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
