Present:-     None for the parties.

                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  It is now 3.20 p.m.  Case called again but none come present on behalf of the complainant and as well as on behalf of the opposite parties.  From the perusal of the order sheets it is revealed that the complainant since 24.03.2015 is not appearing in this case and the case is again and again being adjourned for the presence of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to further prosecute his complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
