Present:       Complainant in person.

                    Sh. M.S. Parmar, Advocate for Ops no. 1 & 2.

                    Sh. Pardeep Sales Manager of OP no. 3.

                    Sh. Gourav Distributor of OP no. 4.

                    Statement of both the parties recorded separately.  The OP no. 3 & 4 on behalf of Ops no. 1 & 2 stated that the grievance of the complainant has been redressed by the Ops and the rent of the mobile numbers for the period, it remained closed, shall be refunded to the complainant and such deficiency in service will not be repeated by them in future.  The complainant, in view of the statement of the Ops has withdrawn his complaint.

                    Both the parties shall be bound by their statements.  The statement of the parties shall be part of this order.  Accordingly, the complaint is disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
