  On perusal of record it transpired that present matter is related to net banking fraud and Since this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain the matter regarding fraud and forgery. Hence Complainant requests to withdraw the matter with liberty to afresh before appropriate Court. Request allowed. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn limitation, if any be waved off in the interest of justice and for proper adjudication of this matter/dispute. Let original file be returned to the Complainant after retaining the copy of the same for records. File be consigned to record room.
