Today is fixed for exparte hearing.

Complaint is absent without any step. 

It is now 12-30 p.m.   On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his Advocate is found present either to take part in exparte hearing or to take step.

Perused the materials on record. In view of above facts & circumstances we are of the opinion that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                              Ordered

That this Complain Case no.111 of 2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default

but without cost.
