2.         Vodafone Mini Store, SCO 46, Shop No.306, Sector-11, Panchkula (Haryana) through its Manager.

3.         Vodafone South Ltd., SCO No.2, Sector 27-B, Chandigarh through its Manager.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:          Ms.Monika Jhangra, Adv., for the complainant.

Mr.Amit Gupta, Adv., for the Ops alongwith Sh.Gaurav Chadda, legal executive.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he states that he has given a cheque of Rs.3000/- vide bearing No.000007 dated 29.06.2015 to the counsel for the complainant and has also given a waiver of Rs.802/- dated 13.06.2015 in the account of the complainant. Counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which she states that she has received a cheque of Rs.3000/- vide bearing No.000007 dated 29.06.2015 in favour of the complainant. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, she wants to withdraw her present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
