Present Sh. D.K. Sinha,Counsel for complainantandMs. Gurmahima Kaur, Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 03.12.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has paid Rs.10,000/- as compensation and Rs.4,170/- as refund (total Rs.14,170/-) in cash to the complainant towards full & final settlement. The complainant has received the above said amount in cash from OP and stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In the above circumstances, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled.File be consigned to record room.
