The complainant several times approached the OPs concerned officials with a request to immediate withdraw the alleged facility and to refund back the amounts charged from the complainant against the alleged facility,  but the OP officials have been postponing the matter on one or the other false pretext. On  merits, it is stated that the complainant is using a postpaid mobile connection number 98155-00513 of the opposite party company and currently red entertainment @ 399 is active on his number since 20th August. The number is currently active with the opposite party but the complainant has failed to make the payment of due amount of Rs.914.32/- charged under the bill dated 01.07.2018 issued for the month of the June, 2018. The complainant has never approached the opposite party for refund of the alleged excess amount charged from him. Rest of the allegations leveled by the complainant against the answering OP have been denied and prayed for dismissal the complaint.
