The complainant and his advocate are absent. Mr.E.P.Keswani, Adv.for the opponentis present. The complainant is not attending the Forum. The complainant has not filed his affidavit of evidence though sufficient chance was given. The learned advocate for the opponent has submitted that copy of written statement was sent to the complainant through courier but the complainant refused to accept it. He has produced the copy of booking receipt and return document memo of the courier showing that document was not accepted by the complainant. As the complainant failed to file his affidavit of evidence and is remained absent, the complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
