उभय पक्ष गैरहजर. तक्रारदाराने दिनांक 8 मे, 2013 रोजी तक्रार वापस घेण्‍याकरीता अर्ज दाखल केला. त्‍यावर सामनेवाला यांनी हरकत नाही असे लिहून दिले. तो अर्ज मंजूर करण्‍यात आला. तक्रारदाराने प्रकरण वापस घेतल्‍याने प्रकरण निकाली काढण्‍यात येते.
