The complainant represented. Heard the learned counsel for the complainant. This complaint has been filed by the complainant seeking direction against the opposite parties to the pre-paid mobile connection resumed and to get compensation for the deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. This Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain complaints against the telephone service providers in view of the celebrated decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in General Manager, Telecom Vs. M. Krishnan 2009 (8) SCC 481. The remedy of the complainant lies elsewhere. The complainant is directed to receive back the complaint and related documents to file before the appropriate authority, if advised so.
