Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 25.09.2021. Complainant is not appearing since 27.04.2023. Last opportunity was granted to complainant on 27.04.2023 to serve OP. however Complainant has also not taken steps directed to him vide order dated 27.04.2023.   It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
