It is informed today that the previous plan has still not been activated although, it was informed on 22.09.2022 that the same is in process.  However, at this stage, it is informed that the parties meanwhile has settled the matter.  Joint application on behalf of both the parties filed on the following terms and conditions. 

1. That the Complainant will withdraw the present Complaint including all the application and contempt Application filed against OPs and / or its officials / directors .
2. That the Complainant will not get any discount under the plan i.e. ULV_399 or any other plan opted with the Complainant . The discount given by the OPs shall be withdrawn from the next billing month , subject to the following :

            a ) The OPs shall pay a sum of INR 97,000/- (Indian           Rupees Ninety - Seven Thousand Only) ("Settlement    amount") in total for a full and final settlement against             all the grievances;

b) The OPS shall waive the outstanding amount against customer account ID i.e. 143488834 ;

c) The Complainant shall continue to pay the bill for the usage as per the plan opted by the her without availing any discount ; d ) The Settlement amount shall be paid within four weeks from today by way of Demand Draft / Cheque .

The matter is therefore dispose off as settled.  Joint application containing the terms and conditions would form part of this Order.  All miscellaneous applications/Contempt Application become infructous. Interim order stands vacated.

File be consigned to Record Room. 

Copy of this Order be given Dasti to both the parties.
