 Present:   Shri  Surender Chauhan, counsel for DH

                   Shri Rahul Bali, counsel for JD/OP.

         

                   Today the execution application was fixed for making remaining payment by the JD and for consideration. Learned counsel for DH suffered a statement to the effect that the DH has received full and final payment from the JD and nothing is due towards the JD. Hence, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

       In view of statement of learned counsel for DH, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room with the observation that as and when any order will be received from the Hon’ble State Commission, it will be restored and will be proceeded further in accordance with law.
