                   Shri Rahul Bali, counsel for OPs.

 

                Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for filing written version and power of attorney on behalf of OPs.                

                Learned counsel for OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that that the company is ready to waive the bill amount regarding mobile No.99912-51344 and close the number permanently. With regard to mobile No.99910-51344, it is submitted that the same is as on date not barred by the company. The complainant can use it by recharging the same. Further, the company is ready to recharge the mobile No. 99910-51344, amounting to ₹200/-.

                On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he has gone through the statement of counsel for OP and in view of that he withdraws the present complaint.

       In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
