          Record is put up for order in respect of petition dt.22.2.13 filed by o.p.

          We have gone through the petition dt.22.2.13 and objection thereto.

          In view of the direction of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, published in A.I.R. 2010 S.C. 90 in Civil Appeal No.7687 of 2004 in the matter of General Manager, Telecom vs. M. Krishnan and another and also judgment of Hon’ble National Commission passed in R.P. No.1703/2010, the instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum.

          The case laws cited by complainant are not applicable here in the context of instant case.

          Hence, the case is not maintainable.

          Thus the petition dt. 22.1.13 filed by o.p. is allowed and disposed of.

          Complainant is at liberty to agitate his grievance before the Appropriate Forum on the self same cause of action.

          Plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
