ORDER

                    Sh. Vijay Kumar, complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint, if need be.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if need be, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
