This is a complaint filed  under  Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood  over to this date for  consideration.

 This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. Upon notice first and second opposite parties appeared before the Commission.  Though they appeared before the Commission they failed to file version within the statutory period. Notice to the third opposite party is returned unserved.  Since 30/05/2023 this case was posted for taking steps by the complainant against the third opposite party.  When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant  was continuously absent since 30/05/2023 and not taken any steps against the third opposite party,   inspite of giving sufficient opportunities for the same.  

In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.  In view of above discussion, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default. 

In the result the complaint is dismissed.
