             Sh. Amit Kumar Chaudhary, Senior Legal Executive VIVO on behalf of ops (Ops already exparte).

                  Today Sh. Amit Kumar Chaudhary, Senior Legal Executive VIVO appeared on behalf of ops and has suffered a statement that they are ready to pay an amount of Rs.18,000/- to the complainant as per compromise against the mobile in question subject to the condition that complainant will have to deposit the mobile in question with its accessories. He has further stated that today before the Commission he has received mobile with all its accessories and has transferred the amount of Rs.18,000/- in the account of complainant through online, so the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant has also suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the ops and she has received payment of Rs.18,000/- from ops and has handed over the mobile with accessories today to the AR of the ops. She has further stated that she has been satisfied, so he withdraws the present complaint. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
