A compromise has already been submitted which was accepted by both the parties alongwith their counsel, hence the compromise is hereby accepted.

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby decided in terms of compromise and the compromise (paper No. 41) shall form part of the decree.

Statutory amount, if any, deposited by the appellants be returned to the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of compromise clubbed with original record of the District Commission be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
