Heard counsel for the petitioner. The revision is against interim order of the State Commission whereby interim stay was granted on deposit of half of the amount awarded by the District Forum inclusive of statutory deposit within 30 days. Keeping into consideration the findings of the District Forum in paragraphs 7, 12 and 13, the interim order passed by the State Commission does not call for any interference whatsoever. The revision is hereby summarily rejected with no order as to costs.
