Heard. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the impugned order is set aside, subject to payment of cost. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent, impugned order is set aside subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-. Appeal filed by the petitioner stands restored. Cost be paid to the respondent within 8 weeks from today. Meanwhile, State Commission shall decide the matter afresh, after hearing both the parties and shall make an endeavour to dispose of matter within six months from the receipt of the copy of the order. The revision petition stands disposd of. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 11.12.2012.
