The complaint was filed by the complainant under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party in selling defective product along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to refund Rs.22,500/- to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and harassment and agony along with cost.
Settlement memo filed and recorded. Consumer Complaint settled out of Court. Hence, consumer complaint disposed off. No cost.
