Present:  None for the complainant.

                                 

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs No.2 & 3 on filing of registered envelope. Notice could not be issued for want of registered envelope. None has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. The complainant has already availed several opportunities for issuance of notice by filing registered envelope.

                Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 04:00 PM. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as the complaint pertains to the year 2022 and still is at initial stage i.e. for issuance of notice to the OPs.

              Hence, in view the above facts the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
