Parties have settled the matter and Ld. Counsel for OP submits that OP is ready to make payment of Rs.60,000/- as full & final payment w.r.t. the entire subject matter of the present complaint which is acceptable to the complainant. Accordingly the cheque of Rs.60,000/- is given by OP vide Cheque No.073602 dated 11.05.2024  to the complainant directly. Matter is disposed off as settled subject to encashment of cheque.

File be consigned to Record Room.

Parties are given liberty to file application if this cheque is disonoured.
