     Vide his separate statement recorded on 01.12.2023, Sh.N.S.Jagdeva, Counsel for Applicant/OP has stated that since the matter has already been settled between the parties and old Jali Doors, as prayed in this application, have been received by the OP from the complainant, therefore, he withdraw the present miscellaneous application. In view of the statement of counsel for applicant/OP, the present miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn.
