Today, it is brought to our notice that the complainant has failed to file his affidavit evidence.  The order sheet discloses that on 09.04.2015 that the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence. However, he failed to file his affidavit evidence despite sufficient time and opportunity given and on 28.07.2015 it was taken that the complainant has no affidavit evidence.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.  In absence of the evidence let in by the complaint, we cannot determine in the issues involved.   Therefore, the complaint is to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
