ORDER

 

Karambir singh      Vs.     Vishwakarma Tractors etc.

Present:       Complainant with Sh D.S.Panchal Advcoate.

                     Sh Sudesh Kumar Kaushik Advocate for Op No.1.

                     Sh Sahab Singh Saini Advocate for Op no.2.

 

                   The complainant has made a statement that he does not want ot purse the present complaint due to technical reasons with permission be given to refile afresh and requests that period consumed during this complaint with his Commission may not be counted towards limitation. His statement has been recorded separately.

                       In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction and period spentbefore this Commission shall not be counted towards limitation. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
