ORAL ORDER

          None present for the Complainant.  Today, Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Mr. Sachin P. Lolage, General Manager is present on behalf of the Opposite Parties Nos.1 and 2.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that Complainant was absent even on previous two dates viz. 08/11/2016 and 06/10/2016. Thus, it does appear that Complainant is no longer interested in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution as per provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of the Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  No order as to costs.
