                  Lakhpat Versus M/s Vishnu Parsad & others

Present: Sh Rohtash Jangam, Advocate for complainant.

Sh. Upender singhal, Manager, Vishnu Parshad Singhal & Sons has made a statement that dispute with Lakhpat complainant is mutually resolved, the defective LED was replaced and warranty extended for six months. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of Id. Counsel for the complainant and Op No.1 recorded. In view of the same, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
