                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                      

                         Sh. JBL Garg, Advocate for ops no.1, 3 and 4.                             

                                      Ops no.2 and 5 not served for want of copies of complaint and RC etc. and today is the second last opportunity in this regard. The complainant has already availed various opportunities in this regard but has not provided copies of complaint and RC etc. for service of ops no.2 and 5. Case called several times since morning, but today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint as complaint pertains to the year 2020 but despite that complainant has failed to provide copies of complaint and RC etc. for service of ops no.2 and 5 despite availing various opportunities including two last opportunities. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
