2.  Mehta Agro Food, Kalwanheri road Hathrass (UP) through its authorized person.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

               Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2. On careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since February, 2020, complainant has failed to get the service effected to the OP-2. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose as complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
