                        Case taken up at 2.30 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also neither complainant nor Ops has put in appearance wherefrom it appears that perhaps grievance of the complainant has been redressed and therefore the parties have opted not to appear in the Forum.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
