Present complainant in person and Sh. Saswat Pattnaik, Counsel for OP. Both the parties filed compromise deed/Consent Terms and submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and OP has paid an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- by means of cheque bearing no. 026784 drawn on CITI Bank in favour of the complainant and original cheque is handed over to the complainant as per acknowledgement on the photocopy of the cheque. The complainant submitted that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
