     Smt.Rajni Gupta, Natural Guardian and next friend of complainant alongwith Sh.Amit Kumar Bedi, Counsel for Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

     “Statement of Smt.Rajni Gupta w/o Sh.Sandeep Kumar, Natural Guardian and next friend of Complainant,   alongwith Sh.Amit Kumar Bedi, Counsel for Complainant.

     The matter has been compromised with the OPs. As such,    I do not want to pursue the complaint. The same may be   dismissed as withdrawn.”

     In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
