Petitioner has not compiled with the order dated 12.11.2013 passed by this Commission nor it has deposited previous adjournment cost of Rs. 2,500/-( Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) within the specified period. The present revision petition came up before this Commission for hearing for the first time on 28.5.2013. It transpires from the record that appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Commission was dismissed in default due to its non-appearance on 4.12.2012. The main plea taken in this petition is that the counsel for petitioner, due to mistake has noted the date as 18.4.2013 in his case diary, instead of 04.12.2012. Under these circumstances, petitioner was directed to place on record the diary of the counsel as well as affidavit of that counsel. Petitioner has not complied with those directions till date, nor it has deposited adjournment cost. Under these circumstances, present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission. Dasti.
