RAM SINGH CHAUDHARY, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

           

 

1.                Delay in filing the present appeal is condoned for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay.

2.                Mr. Gaurav Gupta, learned counsel for respondent has made a statement to the effect that as per the instruction of his client he is ready to pay the arrears to the department and the letter of offer of possession dated 13.03.2017 which was set aside may now be restored.

3.                In pursuance of respective statement made by learned counsel for respondent, impugned order dated 06.07.2018 is set-aside, complaint is dismissed and present appeal stands allowed.
