ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant since inception. Perusal of the record shows that Complaint is barred by limitation since the case pertains to the 2017 and OP repudiated the claim on 07/10/2017. Hence the limitation ends in 2019 whereas complaint is filed in 2022. Hence being lack of limitation complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
