Learned counsel Sh. Yogesh Sethi for the appellants as well as learned counsel Sh. Yudhvir Handa and Sh. Prateek Handa for respondent has appeared.

Sh. Atul Singh, Assistant Manager (Legal) of Hero Reality Pvt. Ltd. – appellants has also appeared. 

Both the party have filed a joint compromise (paper No. 44).

Authorised Assistant Manager (legal) as well as learned counsel for the appellant and respondent have accepted the terms after understanding and perusing the terms and conditions of compromise.

The compromise is hereby accepted.  Appeal is hereby decided accordingly.

The compromise shall form part of the decree. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount deposited by the appellants be released in favour of the appellants.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of the order be sent to the District Commission for perusal / necessary action and for keeping it in record of the original case.
