The prayer in the application is for refund of the amount of Rs.3 lakh deposited by the petitioner in this Commission pursuant to the direction of this Commission. 

                   Subject to the direction of this Commission, the revision petition was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 10.03.2011 with certain observations.    Since the revision petition filed by   the     petitioner     stands    disposed   of    and    the amount   was   deposited   under the interim direction, we see no

impediment for refund of the deposited amount to the petitioner.  The application is accordingly allowed and the Registry is directed to refund the deposited amount to the petitioner-Bank.

           The application stands disposed of.
