None has appeared on behalf of the appellants inspite of several calls whereas the pairokar Sh. Yogesh Singh Kanwal of respondent – Ms. Vinita Kanwal has appeared in person.

A perusal of the order sheet has revealed that the appellants are not contesting the appeal.

In the absence of the appellants, the appeal is hereby dismissed with costs of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to be paid to the respondent.
