          This complaint is put up today. This complaint is pending for admission since 15-01-2015 and several opportunities have been afforded to the complainant to apprise this Commission as to under what circumstances this

complaint is worth admission being therein dispute pertaining to education matter but no argument is advanced by the complainant showing any other law in this regard different to the law laid down by the Hon’ble National Commission in the case of Regional Institute of Cooperative Management V/s Naveen Kumar Chaudhary and another reported in III(2014) CPJ 120(NC) wherein the education matters are found not cognizable under the Consumer Protection Act .

Hence, we are of this view that this complaint is hereby dismissed on merit.
