Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls. 

A perusal of the order sheet shows that since 17.08.2017 the appellant is not appearing before the Commission; this fact transpires that the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal.

Learned counsel Sh. Deepak Ahluwalia for respondent No. 2 has appeared before the Commission in person.

In the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed. No order as to costs.

The District Commission’s record be remitted to the concerned District Commission with a copy of order for information and necessary action.

                       Appeal file be consigned to the record room, as per law.
