Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not furnished proof of payment of amount to the respondent as well as depositing cost with the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission. On last date, last opportunity was granted to the petitioner for making payment to the respondent and depositing cost with the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission and it was further observed that failing to comply directions, revision petition shall stand dismissed for non-compliance. As directions have not been complied with and almost one month has passed, revision petition stands dismissed on account of non-compliance of the directions.
