Sri Isar Husain, learned Counsel for the appellant appeared.

            Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and perused impugned order dated 20-04-2017.

Impugned order has been passed by District Consumer Forum in Execution Case No. 12/2017 Vinay Kumar, Advocate V/s Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited arising out of judgment and order dated 11-01-2017 passed by District Consumer Forum, Sambhal in Complaint No. 63/2016 Vinay Kumar, Advocate V/s Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and another.

Vide impugned order, the District Consumer Forum, Sambhal has issued BW against appellant in above execution case.

Appellant has filed appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against judgment and order dated 11-01-2017 passed by District

Consumer Forum in above Complaint No. 63/2016 Vinay Kumar, Advocate V/s Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and in said appeal operation of impugned judgment and order has been stayed. As such, the impugned order dated 20-04-2017 passed by District Consumer Forum in above execution Case No. 12/2017 Vinay Kumar V/s Paschmanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited has become ineffective. As such, appeal is disposed of finally with this observation.
