Today, the case  is fixed for reporting of compromise.  Complainant alongwith his counsel  made a statement that the matter has been compromsied with the Herbal Life and as per compromise he has received Demand Draft No.063140 dated 03.11.2020 drawn on IDBI Bank for Rs.18166/-  as full and final payment of the claim in the complaint, also does not want to proceed with the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. Photostat copy of aforesaid DD placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the complainant alongwith his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.   File be indexed and consigned to record.
