This a complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties and seeking compensation.
- The first opposite party filed written version denying all allegations and claims made in the complaint. The second opposite party was deleted from the party array as per order dated 7/06/2019 in IA. 231/2019.
- The complainant is continuously absent and there is no representation for him. Today also the complainant is absent. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. But the allegations are not proved. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter.
In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
