ORDER

                       

                        The matter has been settled between the parties. The mobile set of the complainant i.e. Nokia N86 has been replaced by OP No.2 with new mobile set Nokia N8 IMEI No.356237042109759 with fresh warranty as per terms & conditions.  The complainant has recieved new mobile set Nokia N8 IMEI No.356237042109759 from Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP No.2. The old mobile set Nokia N86 has been handed over to Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for OP No.2 and the complainant undertakes to supply the accessories of Nokia N86 to the OP No.2 today itself by evening. Statement of both the parties has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.  The file be consigned.
